DiscloseKit is a browser-based generator for app privacy disclosures. We built it to be private by default.
The generator runs entirely in your browser. The answers you enter are saved to your browser's local storage and are not sent to our servers.
We receive data in exactly three cases:
1. Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and payment confirmation (never your card number) so we can issue your license. See Stripe's privacy policy.
2. Published pages. If you click "Publish hosted page", the generated document is uploaded and hosted at a public URL until you replace it or ask us to remove it.
3. Server logs. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard, short-lived operational logs.
No analytics scripts, no ads, no tracking pixels, no selling of data.
